Shipping policy

All NORBU OBJECTS orders are shipped from mainland China.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Estimated transportation times are:

United States: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates are for reference only. They do not include customs clearance, customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, remote-area delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some shipping methods may not provide tracking updates at every stage of delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the recipient's full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, and telephone number where applicable.

If an order is delayed, returned, or requires redelivery because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, storage, customs, or redelivery costs.

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a package is refused, abandoned, returned to the sender, or held by customs because the customer does not provide required information or does not pay applicable charges, any resulting costs may be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund.

Free shipping is available only when the order meets the applicable minimum purchase amount shown at checkout. Additional charges may apply to remote areas, special delivery locations, or oversized shipments.
